Success happens when someone sponsors a shiny new idea and wins customers’ hearts. Acquiring funding starts with developing a winning brand and creating branded project visualizations.
Usually, 10% of your investments in terms of location, money, people, and time are expected to generate 100%. All your in-house assets and all that you outsource, such as architecture and branding, must pay back more than you’ve invested. The risk of failure is too high.
Time is a far too expensive argument to ignore. For each month of pivoting your ideas, consulting, and reflecting, you’ll have to pay a full month’s rent once the rent holiday is over.
You know how much place matters when it comes to establishing credibility and inspiring your brand story. No one wants to neglect a project’s planned time-to-market. Save your time, figure out your design before you’ve found the right space.
